The Board of Directors recently approved an updated COVID-19 Safety Policy with guidelines for Conference-sponsored events.

The purpose of each event will determine needed mitigation procedures, including masking, testing, and vaccination status, with event organizers responsible for clearly stating safety requirements in the registration process.

The policy also includes a “communicable illness plan” establishing a course of action for Camp MoVal if an individual becomes ill at camp. Vaccination is no longer a requirement for camper registration.

Conference staff, including camp staff, must be fully up-to-date on COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters per CDC guidelines (medical exemptions allowed).
