All MMSC members are invited on November 9, 2024, for an engaging workshop, “Surviving the Culture Shock” led by Dr. Ralph Mason. Dr. Mason is the founder/CEO of The Positive Zone Corporation, and a nationally-known speaker and leader in DEI education. He is also a member of Glory to Glory Christian Church UCC in St. Louis. His program is designed to “enhance cultural and self-awareness, knowledge, and race communications.”
This is the first event made possible from the funds allocated for the Pursuing Justice and Equity Core Ministry Team from the sale of the TAMBO property. This event is open to both clergy and lay people, and we encourage everyone to take part in this amazing opportunity.
Workshop Details:
This workshop meets all three COMs’ Racial Justice and Equity (RJE) requirements for clergy.
We are expecting up to 130 participants, so be sure to register early!
