This picnic has been happening annually for more than 100 years with the Marshall Band performing for 90 years; this year will be the band’s 91st free concert at the picnic. Even in the heat, the community turns out to attend this “always expected” picnic for great fellowship and “visiting with folks not often seen otherwise.”
