We’ll discuss law enforcement response to active threats\, what individuals should do if they encounter an active threat\, and discuss some of the civil rights and hate crime activities the FBI is seeing. \nSpecial agents from the FBI\, Assistant United States Attorneys\, and local law enforcement will be conducting the training and answering your questions. \nAs seating is limited\, advanced registration is helpful\, but not mandatory. Walkers are encouraged to support CWS by gifts of money\,\nand to bring gifts of non perishable food which will be given to a local group.\nAlso\, it is hoped Walkers will ask others to support them on the Walk. We hope many people\nwill join in this Walk\, so that the Walk will bless many\, many who are needing help ! Come join us.

DESCRIPTION:Bletchley Park\, in England\, was the top-secret home of the World War II “Codebreakers.” a term for the over 9\,000 men and women who intercepted and cracked German war messages. Winston Churchill referred to the Bletchley staff as “the geese who laid the golden eggs and never cackled”\nOur speaker\, an historian\, will explore Bletchley Park’s history from 1939 to 1946\, sharing stories of those who worked there and detailing how German messages were captured and decoded during the Battle of the Atlantic. This included breaking the Enigma and Lorenz codes and developing the Colossus computer.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is one of Parkway’s acclaimed Speakers Series program and all are welcome from the Missouri Mid-South Conference community.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis program is brought to our friends in the Missouri Mid-South Conference for free by Parkway UCC. DESCRIPTION:Prof. Maloney is the Director of the Animal Behavior Unit and an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the School of Medicine at Washington University. Her research focuses on the impact of genetic and environmental liabilities for intellectual and developmental disorders (IDD). IDDs are differences that are present at birth and affect the trajectory of the individual’s physical\, intellectual\, and/or emotional development\, which includes autism spectrum disorders (ASD). DESCRIPTION:Prof. Kuo is associate professor of church histories and historical theology at Eden. Hailing from Taiwan\, he is a leader in the World Communion of Reformed Churches. To that end\, he moderates the WCRC’s General Council’s Ecumenical and Interreligious Relations Working Group. The WCRC actively supports theology\, justice\, church unity\, and mission in more than 100 countries  Prof. Kuo will recount his work with the WCRC and the Council’s meeting this year in Thailand in October\, helping our Speakers Series audience to learn what Protestants around the world are talking about.\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is one of Parkway’s acclaimed Speakers Series program and all are welcome from the Missouri Mid-South Conference community.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis program is brought to our friends in the Missouri Mid-South Conference for free by Parkway UCC. DESCRIPTION:The 15th annual Jazz Noel concert is a reimagining of the Christmas story for today. Joining the OIkos Ensemble will be artist Michael Anderson\, who will paint his interpretation of this year’s theme: Seeking the Light. The Logos Actors will share the story of the Shepherd Left Behind and the Terra Nova Early Music Consort will offer pre-concert music from the Renaissance.\n\n\n\nJazz Noel premiered in 2011 as a conference-sponsored Christmas concert. Through the years\, it has reimagined the Christmas story through jazz and the arts\, featuring musicians\, actors\, dancers\, painters and poets. This year’s theme is Seeking the Light. \nJazz Noel is free to all. A free-will offering is taken to support MICA—the church’s Ministry of Imagination\, Creativity and the Arts. \n  \n

Mr. Elz was the first to use the Johnny Rabbitt moniker and helped popularize the name during the 1960’s at the radio station KXOK. After some time away from the Rabbitt persona\, Mr. Elz resumed using the Johnny Rabbitt name in 1975 and since has hosted the classic oldies show Route 66 on KMOX.
