This is what allows for the creation of a beautiful sunset. \nFacilitator: Rev. Participants must be fully present and participate in all sessions for credit. Topics covered: \n\nPower and vulnerability\nSocial media\nFinances\nPastoral identity and vocation\nSelf-care (burn-out\, stress compassion\, fatigue)\nReceiving gifts\nBoundaries and church conflict\nWhen a minister leaves/retires\nMinisters as church members/ministers in four-way covenants\nCultural boundaries\n\nEach topic will include a case study\, which the group will discuss before breaking into small groups for discussion. \nRegister by 5 p.m. PT the day before training starts.
